CS Update: Clarification on DND Properties
We want to clarify how to handle ‘Do Not Disturb’ (DND) properties to protect our commercial relationships. Contact with DND partners should be avoided for requests outside agreed policies, like cancellations or date changes. However, you can still reach out for special requests, customer enquiries, transfer or voucher clarifications, and allotment requests.
