CS Upate: Custom Offer Support Process
We’re excited to roll out a streamlined process for handling custom offer requests via our Internal Wholesale Team. This team works behind the scenes to support specific situations where pricing or customisation is needed — but they do not communicate with customers directly. It is critical that all customer interactions remain the responsibility of the original CS or Sales Agent.
