This bulletin lists recently updated Knowledge Articles, including the date of each change and a brief summary of what was updated.

Updated Knowledge Articles:

• 17th July 2025 - Complaints Handling - CS Resolutions Team - Update to Quick Resolution offer. This should not be offered if it does not align with customer's desired outcome. 
• 18th July 2025 - Redeeming Airport Lounge Passes - Now includes international airports
• 29th July 2025 - Campaign Manager (CM) - CS Escalation Process - Key Definitions have been brought to the top, clearly outlining the circumstances in which raising a CM Escalation would be required and Updated the Step-by-step process to call out the requirement to engage with the escalation point prior to seeking authority to raise a CM Escalation.
• 31st July 2025 - LPP/Bedbanks - Payment Schedules - Adding the rebooking feature doesn't work on Paymen Schedules.
