CS Updates: Dreamworld Bundled Packages

G'day All, 

The below info is now available in the Dreamworld Bundle Packages Knowledge Article

I forwarded an email from Nick/ Experiences on the 11th of June regarding the below. Just wanting to take a moment to reiterate the current state so we can be servicing our customers accurately.  

We currently have dreamworld + hotel packages live, every room package gets a car pack of 4 x Dreamworld Tickets, allowing unlimited entry to Dreamworld and SkyPoint Observation Deck during their stay!

We manually purchase the Dreamworld passes and then upload to our customer orders in admin, and notify the customer by email how to access their Dreamworld Ticket.

Key Points:

• Tickets will be ordered and uploaded for customers 14 days prior to check-in (due to Flexible cancellation/change policy on Hotels)
• For orders purchased with immediate bookings, passes will be ordered actioned within 2 days and uploaded to a customers account (The hotels have min 48 hours booking cut-off)
• Tickets are non-refundable once we have processed them

Usage:

• Customers to present passes for Entry at either venue
• Passes are valid for unlimited entry for duration of accommodation package OR up to 14 days (whichever comes first)
• Passes are valid for Adults or Children

CS Team Info:

All our agents will have the ability to view tickets (not just for dreamworld but for any of our manually ticketed product)  withiin the time frames noted above on the customers order should any customer contact us about their tickets for entry.
