Operational Update: ICS - Special Requests

Very exciting update to ICS Transfer Special Requests. As of now, ICS will not be charging additional and surcharge to customers who request/need a child/infant seat with their booking.

  • ICS Travel Group (Bali,  Sri Lanka)
  • ICS Singapore
  • ICS Vietnam
  • ICS Thailand
  • ICS Hong Kong

❓How do customers book a child ticket? 
On the ICS Transfer Form in Spoof - you/ the customer should select the number of children/ infants on the booking that require a seat (below) seats and other special requests can and should be added via spoof in the Special Requests box on the form. ICS will be notified once updated.
