The new ticket reasons can be found in the Societe folder:

• Missing Points & Status Credits
• Benefits
• Eligibility
• Enquiry
• Points Transfer
• Merge Accounts
• Earning
• Burning

Please ensure you select the most appropriate reason when raising or updating tickets related to Societe.
