CS Update: Birthday Promo Codes

A new knowledge article has been published on Birthday Promo Codes, which outlines key information to support customers who may reach out with questions about their birthday discount.

Customers are sent a promo code 7 days before their birthday, which provides either $50 off or 5% (depending on country) and is valid for 10 days after issue.

The article covers:

1. Where the promo code is mentioned - Welcome email and birthday email
2. When the promo code is sent - 7 days before birthday – not sent if the customer signs up too close to their date
