Operational Update: UI Update to Per Night Custom Refund

As promised, the secondary uplift to the refunds per night UI is now live! This means you can now select which surcharge type  you'd like to refund. Huge thanks to @Kristina Hua, @Eugene Moskvita, @Felix Ivanov and @Rob Rossi
