Operational Update – More Société Upgrades Now Available

We’re excited to share that we’ve just enhanced our Société upgrade benefit.

What’s new?

• Package upgrades now included – In addition to room upgrades, members can now upgrade their package within the same room type at no extra cost.
  • Example: A customer can now upgrade from the base package in a room to the Return Airport Transfer package in that same room for free.
  • Options will vary depending on the offer and cost.
• More upgrades for members
  • Silver: 1 upgrade per year (previously 0)
  • Gold: 2 upgrades per year (previously 1)
  • Platinum: 4 upgrades per year (no change)

Campaign Update:

Next week, we’ll be reaching out to Silver and Gold members via SMS and email to notify them of their new benefits. Expect a few calls from customers who may be looking to book their next escape using their upgrades.

The feature is still new, and wis still being refined. Please flag any issues by escalating to Agent Support or share ideas for improvement via the Things That Could Be Better Chat.
