Operational Update: Sydney Lounge API Now Live
We’re excited to share that the Experience Team has just gone live with the Sydney Lounge API product. The old manual Sydney offer is no longer available.

Launch Timeline
- Friday 5 Sept: Sydney Lounge API product enabled
- Mon/Tues 9 Sept: Melbourne & Perth Lounge API products enabled (pending Sydney soft launch feedback)

Important to Note
- Lounge Pass promos for the Sydney Aspire Lounge are currently not working. This affects Société benefit redemptions for 6–7 Sept.
- Please advise guests to try again from Mon/Tues once the fix is live.
- All other lounges remain unaffected.
Key Customer Experience
- Book instantly (min. 1 hr lead time within lounge hours)
- 3-hour lounge access
- Instant confirmation + voucher with lounge reference
- Cancellations/changes allowed - minimum 48 hrs before entry
Booking Flow
- Customer selects date & entry time
- Chooses ticket type (children/infants must be with an adult)
- At checkout, traveller details can be updated
- Confirmation email + voucher available in MyEscapes
- Voucher presented at lounge reception for entry
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations/changes only possible 48+ hrs prior
- Currently, date changes require cancellation and re-booking (date change functionality is in development - exciting!)
