CS Update: New Credit Adding Limit for Agents
The Payments Team have advised a new limit on how much credit agents can add to a customer’s account. Please take note of the following:
Agents can add credit up to $10,000 AUD to a customer's account.
Any credit amount needing to be added exceeding $10,000 AUD must be escalated and actioned by a Team Leader/ATL.
This is designed to ensure consistency, manage risk, and maintain appropriate oversight when handling larger transactions.
If you encounter a situation where you require to add credit exceeding the above the limit, please escalate to your Team Leader for assistance.
