Operational Update: Credit Reasons Issue & Fix
Since going live with the updated credit reasons, I've noticed a couple of movements which have been submitted using a reason from the old list.
On occasion, some of you may see the old credit list presented in Admin Portal, obviously this shouldn't happen.. if you see the old list, follow these steps
1. Right-click on the page and select "Inspect."
2. Then, right-click on the refresh button (top left corner) and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload.”
3. Check the list again. If the issue persist, please reach out again.
