Just a wanted to send out a quick reminder that our Finance team does not handle customer-related payment issues, ie duplicated or incorrect charges.
If you come across any payment concerns raised by guests, please ensure these are submitted through the appropriate escalation channels so they can be reviewed and actioned by the right team.
This helps us keep things running smoothly and ensures our guests receive timely assistance.
