Operational Update: New Temporary Fraud Rules
Just a quick one - a new set of rules have been implemented to block fraud/ potential fraudsters from making purchases. This is a temporary change until better rules are put in place.
Please ensure you understand the below to be able to confidently handle the situation should you receive a call from customers facing this scenario.
If all of the following occur;
- Lead time < = 10 days
- Any part of the payment is made with credit
- Not Spoofed
- Not an Admin user
- Not LEBT Order
- Not an Agent booking (not made by an LE employee)
Then - Block the order and tell the user to contact CS.
