CS Update: Expired Book By & BNBL (‘Buy Now, Book Later’) Changes

We’ve introduced updates to how we handle expired “Book By” accommodation packages and BNBL conversions — please note that exclusions apply.

Key Updates:

• You can now change dates past the book by date without hotel approval (exclusions apply), provided:
  • The change follows the Date Change Policy
  • It’s within travel validity
  • Allotment is available
  • It’s not a DND property or a Dubai property
• If the hotel has already approved a BNBL conversion, post the request in the escalations channel so the book by can be opened for processing.

Important:

• For DND properties and Dubai properties, all requests must be escalated to TL or Agent Support for approval before raising with the Campaign Manager (CM).
