Operational Update: Using Reserve for $0 and Société Points

Just to add to the below:

Please note that “Reserve for $0” and Société Points should not be used at the same time when processing a booking.

At the moment, our systems don’t support using both together. This means if you try to apply Société Points while also using the Reserve for $0 option, the transaction won’t process correctly.

For now, please choose either:

• Use Société Points and do not book as Reserve for $0, or
• Use Reserve for $0 (without Société Points).

The team is currently working on an enhancement to allow both options to work together in the future. We’ll provide an update once that functionality is available.

Also, For Reserve for 0 bookings, please do not offer the complimentary Société room upgrade option. Loyalty Team will make sure it is automated soon, along with awarding Société points for these bookings. In the meantime, please do not offer it.
