CS Update: Booking Beyond Travel Validity

Please note the following important update regarding booking and amending travel beyond the validity period:

• No bookings, rebookings, or amendments are permitted beyond the travel validity period under any circumstances.
• This applies to all campaigns and properties, including Berkley River Lodge.
• No exceptions are allowed — even for compassionate or medical reasons, or with hotel approval.

You may still:

• Offer alternative dates within the valid travel period.
• Offer cancellation for LE credit, in line with package terms.
• Provide insurance letters where appropriate.
