CS Update: LE SHOP Soft Launch: CX Team Update
We’re excited to announce the soft launch of LE Shop, a new Luxury Escapes vertical. LE Shop is a curated marketplace for high-end products where customers can use their Société Points or pay with cash. This is part of our ongoing effort to give members more ways to use their points and enjoy premium experiences.
Key Points:
- LE Shop offers physical products from over 180 premium brands, including Apple and Bose.
- Customers can redeem points to reduce out-of-pocket costs or earn points on eligible items for future travel or Shop purchases.
- Launch is AU only.
- We are currently in a soft launch phase, gathering feedback from both customers and the team.
- Improvements will continue ahead of the full launch in mid-November.


Important for the Sales Team:
- Only customers may purchase LE Shop items – sales agents should not process or add products to carts.
- If a customer has items in their cart alongside a holiday booking, simply save those items for later and focus on assisting with the holiday portion of their order.
- No commissions are earned on LE Shop items, and they do not count as attachments.
- For customer inquiries about LE Shop products or purchases please create a ticket in Zendesk* and let the customer know that our specialist team will respond via email or live chat only.
*Zendesk Ticket Process:
- **We will not be servicing these via phone – so no live transfers**
- Standard ticket transfer process applies – select support (not AU)
- Outline enquiry in ticket prior to transferring – clear notes
