CS Update: CRG Re-Launch

After some department moves and departures from previous members, we’re excited to a re-launch of the Consultant Representative Group (CRG) — a dedicated forum that will provide consultants with an active voice in shaping initiatives, improving collaboration, and enhancing the overall consultant experience.

The CRG will bring together a group of consultants from across the CS team to:

• Share feedback and insights on key priorities and initiatives
• Represent the perspectives of their peers
• Help identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and test and roll out relevant initiatives
• Plan and coordinate incentives, events, celebrations and fun!

The CRG will meet once every 1-2 months to discuss and plan.

We’re now inviting expressions of interest from consultants who would like to join the CRG. If you’re passionate about contributing to continuous improvement, strengthening collaboration, and making a positive impact, we’d love to hear from you.

To express your interest, please respond to this email, CC’ing @Melissa Crees with a short summary covering the below criteria

• Why you are keen on joining?
• What you will bring to the table?
• What is one key initiative you would like to champion?
  • Why this is important to you?
  • A plan on how you would address this

Expressions of Interest must be submitted before Tuesday Nov 4th.
