CS Update: LuxPlus Renewal Cancellations – Important Process Update
I have an exciting update! The Loyalty Team has now automated the deduction of Bonus Société Points and Status Credits when a LuxPlus Renewal is cancelled. This process no longer requires manual escalation for the removal of these bonuses.
When processing cancellations, please continue to inform customers that any earned Bonus Points and Status Credits will be deducted.
I’ve also updated the knowledge article to reflect this change.
