Operational Update: Lounge Pass Post-Purchase Functionality
A quick update on the Societe lounge pass post-purchase feature.
The ability for customers to add a lounge pass benefit after purchasing is now live in My Escapes. To action this on behalf of a customer, simply spoof their account and navigate to their eligible booking.
Please note: customers will only be able to add a lounge pass post-purchase if they were a Société member at the time of the original purchase. This ensures customers can’t add lounge passes to bookings made prior to Société launching in their region.
Customers are able to add a lounge pass for:
- Their home city/state airport, or
- The airport they are travelling to on their Luxury Escapes booking.
Customers can add an Airport Lounge Pass after purchase via My Escapes, as long as they meet eligibility requirements.
Eligibility rules:
- The customer must have been a Société member at the time of making the original purchase.
- This ensures customers cannot add lounge passes to bookings made prior to the launch of Société in that region.
- Lounge passes can only be added for:
- The home city/state airport, or
- The airport they are travelling to on their Luxury Escapes booking.
