CS Update: Experiences Update: Partnership with Klook

We’ve now launched our new integration with Klook, with 1,100 Experiences live on our Deal Page. These appear similar to standard Experiences, but you can identify them by:

• Vendor ID: Klook
• Deal IDs starting with klo:
• Klook-specific order and voucher fields in the purchase details
• URLs for Klook offers also begin with klo:

Klook have an escalations team to raise any order modifications, cancellations (outside of API) or product inquiries as well.
