Operational Updates: "Book By" Changes

Great news! 🎉 We have implemented a new feature for agents to streamline bookings passed the Book By Date without escalation to AS or a TL needed.

LTLE Book By Date – New Agent Functionality

Agents can now complete the following actions in Admin for LTLE orders past the Book By Date, without escalation:

• Change travel dates
• Book in BNBL dates
• Process name changes

Restrictions:

• Not available for DND or Dubai properties

Important:

• For all LTLE orders, agents must continue to contact the hotel to confirm availability, as calendar accuracy past the Book By Date is not guaranteed.

How the feature works:

• When selecting dates outside the Book By Date, a pop-up will appear advising that hotel approval is required before proceeding.

This will allow a more seamless process to assist customers rather than having to escalate each time and delay the process longer.
