Cs Update: AU ONLY $AU100 FLIGHT CREDIT - Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach
From our side, we are likely to receive calls from customers on how this works. Its pretty simple from a CS point of view as we just need to be across the eligibility details before actioning.
🔑 KEY INFORMATION:
- Eligible for AU customers only on return international flights from AU to Hawaii
- This credit will be applied to the customers account on the 15th or 22nd of Jan by @Nick Arentz
- If the customer wants these credits added sooner, they must be beyond 7 day change of mind.
- Credits can be added manually prior to this with approval from your Team Leader (verbal approval) or Agent Support (escalation)
- AS or TLs will verify the eligibility and mark against the customer on this spreadsheet
- Credits added + booking notes updated

To help increase the value proposition for this Hawaii upcoming sale, we have attached A$100 Flight Credit to AU ONLY packages.
Unfortunately we don't have an automated process for this post-purchase at this time, and we may need your teams assistances during shutdown if customers are wanting to use the credit, or want to book the AU>Hawaii Flight with the credit provided.
For SALES, need agents to be aware only AU customers on this package and if wanting to claim a A$100 Credit on AU>Hawaii Flight prior to the credit being automatically added (Jan 15&22) that they will need to add a credit manually, then record this to avoid providing 2 x Credit. A$100 FLIGHT CREDITS FOR AU>HAWAII INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS
T&C that will be listed on AU Alohilani Package:
- A$100 Luxury Escapes international flight credit per package (select packages only) will be applied to your account after purchase by 22nd January 2026, following the seven-day change of mind. If guests cancel their booking after the credit has been used, they will not be entitled to a full refund on their hotel package.
- Credit will expire 12 months from date of issue.
- Credit is available for new bookings only.
- Your flights must be return international flights originating in Australia to Hawaii.
- Your flights must be purchased with Luxury Escapes by calling our friendly team after you have purchased your package. Flights purchased via our website, with another agency or directly with the airline are excluded and will result in the credit being forfeit.

For customers who book and wish to use the credit towards a flight prior to the credit being added to the account:
- Agent to determine request is within guidelines above (International AU>Hawaii flight travel)
- Agent to confirm the 7 Day Change of mind has passed (Do Not Issue until this has passed)
- Agent to add AUD$100 credit to the customer account
- Agent to process Flight booking using the credit applied to account
- Agent to record the A$100 credit in notes on accommodation purchase in LE Admin and add references to this spreadsheet
- Criticial if anyone does ask to use the credit prior to it being added to the account it must be recorded in the spreadsheet above, and confirmed they are past the 7 Day Change Of Mind Guarantee
- Please add the Date credit added, customer name, Booking ID, purchase id, and Agent name to this document - Flight_Credit_Offline.xlsx
For customers who do not reach out:
- LE credit will be added to eligible (AU) customer accounts on 15th and 22 January 2026.
- Customers will be directed to sales to book the flight with the same above criteria.
Q&A
Can the customer use the credit to book their own flight or external?
No. All bookings must be facilitated by Sales for AU> Hawaii Flights. Credit is LE credit and not applicable to external booking platforms.
Can the credit be used on something other than flights?
For the automatic credit applied to accounts, it is applicable to any LE product credit can be used on. HOWEVER, all communication to customers is for FLIGHTS only AU>Hawaii serviced by LE. Agents should not advise otherwise. The credit is LE Credit (Technically possible to apply on other orders). It will be visible in a customer account for any bookings, but we must direct this to the T&C of using on Flights where possible.
What if the cancellation occurs after the 7 Day Change of Mind
Any credit issued will be removed from the customer’s account and may affect any upcoming booking that has the credit applied, should the original credit have been cancelled. PROCESS TBC
