- Merge:Â Combine the new inquiry into the existing ticket.
- Note:Â Add clear internal notes from your current conversation and what is required from Cruise Concierge, or what you have done.
- Status: Mark as Action Required.
- Transfer: transfer to Cruise Concierge AU using the transfer app.
