Friendly Reminder: Closing Tickets as Spam
This is a reminder that any email which requires no action must be closed as SPAM. This includes vendor emails like the example below, which are auto-generated and generic in nature. Neither the vendor nor the customer is requesting any action or response, and we are actively working to exclude these emails where possible. Properly identifying and closing them correctly helps keep our inboxes manageable and ensures our reporting remains reliable.
You do not need to link the booking or create notes, simply solve the ticket as SPAM. Closing these emails as Booking Confirmation or Confirmed Booking is not correct and results are currently impacting reporting.
Thank you for your attention and consistency.
If you have any questions, please reach out to your TL.
