CS Update: Tropical Temptation Beach Club- Temporary Closure

We’ve been advised that Tropical Temptation Beach Club will be temporarily closed for renovations and upgrades from 20 January 2026 to 10 February 2026.

Resolution

At this stage, we believe we can manage guest impact with the following options:

• Apology only, with reassurance that guests can still access the alternative beach club included in their package:
  • Canna Beach Club or Atlas Beach Club, depending on the hotel and specific package booked.
• As an additional option, guests may choose to visit Tsune Uluwatu (Japanese Restaurant), where we can accommodate some benefits aligned to the beach club inclusion, specifically:
  • Signature cocktail(s)
  • Entrance to the restaurant
    (No food or additional inclusions apply)

Escalations / Goodwill

• For guests who push back or express significant dissatisfaction, agents may offer a goodwill promo up to a maximum of $30 total.
• This should be reserved for genuine escalations only.

No further compensation is required at this time unless otherwise approved.
