CS Update: Team Update
I’m really excited to share an update in the CX Training and Onboarding space and I’m proud to announce that Ava Lawrence and Brooklyn Staughton will both be stepping into the CX Training and Onboarding Coordinator role!
Ava joined the Customer Service team in Nov 2024 and quickly hit the ground running. She became a go-to support for both the team and day-to-day operations, and more recently transitioned into the ATL role, working closely alongside Tiff. Ava consistently stepped up to support new CS starters and the wider team and her impact has been recognised through multiple achievements, including Employee of the Month and a Star Award.
Brooklyn joined the LE Sales team in January last year and has also made a significant impact. She too has been recognised with Employee of the Month and a Star Award, and played an active role in onboarding and training within the Sales team towards the end of 2025. With a background in development and sales, Brooklyn has become a trusted source of support for consultants after they transition out of training, consistently sharing knowledge and helping others succeed.
As a business, we have continued to grow at pace over the past year, with increased staffing, the opening of another retail store, and ongoing platform changes and improvements. This growth highlights the need to further strengthen how we onboard, train, and support our teams, and these roles are an important step in that journey.
Ava will commence her role on the 2nd of February and will have a crossover period to support the CS team where needed. Brooklyn will step into the role once she returns from her leave on 12th of February with her last day in Sales being today.
