Operational Update: SMS Verification Issues
A few SMS verification issues have been raised, we've had a look and appears there are no issues from our end. So it could be an issue with the customers carrier
If you have any more trouble with this function, please ensure we have allowed enough time for SMS to be received, and try send a second time.
