• UPDATE - Credit Refund Request Knowledge Article - In line with the restructured credit refund policy, we've identified a gap where Société tier is not applicable to all of our brands. The approach is largely the same, however we have adopted a reasonable LTV figure in lieu of the Société tier.
• UPDATE - Credit Reversal Process - RazorPay has been removed. No longer eligible. Needs to be Manual Refund.
